Use and Maintenance Manual

When trying on your shoes, be sure to try on both left and right pairs after purchasing. Avoid shoes that are too tight.

Your shoes should be the perfect size for your feet. Shoes that are too small can cause premature deformation and lining tearing.

Wearing your shoes every other day allows the leather and lining to breathe, extending their lifespan.

Dry wet shoes in a well-ventilated environment at room temperature and with absorbent materials, not on a radiator, stove, or in direct sunlight. Otherwise, the leather may crack and deform.

Clean your shoes with a damp cloth. Use special brushes and erasers for suede and nubuck. Avoid silicone-based sprays.

Polish your leather shoes with a polish that matches their original color or a neutral polish.

Suede shoes should be cleaned with a suede eraser, and nubuck shoes with a nubuck eraser or sponge.

Air your shoes to prevent potential odors. Always place them in a mold while they are resting.

Shoes should never be washed in the washing machine or by hand with detergent.

Use your shoes on surfaces suitable for their intended use. Leather, suede, and nubuck shoes should not be worn in rainy or snowy weather.

When wearing shoes, unlace them and put them on without stepping on the back (fork).

Wrinkles and stretching in leather products are a result of natural wear. You can minimize this deformation by using a shoe mold.

Do not put on your shoes by hand or forcefully; this can cause the stitching to unravel and cause heel deformation.

Do not use silicone sponges or liquid polish to polish your shoes. These products dry and crack the leather.

It is recommended to wear your new shoes a few times at home before going out.

Leather is a natural material. Color differences, small marks, and pores are not quality defects; they indicate the natural nature of the product.

Do not expose your shoes to prolonged sunlight. Otherwise, the color may fade.

It is important to remember that even products labeled "waterproof" can absorb water in heavy rain.

Avoid contact between leather and suede products and chemicals such as alcohol, bleach, and wet wipes.

Take your dirty or stained shoes only to a specialist cleaner.

Because water can leak through zippered areas, avoid standing in puddles during rainy weather.

Width and wrinkling at the sides are normal for leather and suede products.
