Please read the following agreement carefully before registering on our website.

1. Parties

a) SELİN SHOES AYAKKABI SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as Selin Shoes), located at Orta Mahallesi Lafite Hanım Sokak, İnci Plaza No:1 Kat:3 Pendik/İstanbul, Turkey, which operates the website www.selinshoes.com.

b) The internet user who registers on www.selinshoes.com ("Member")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which members may use the website www.selinshoes.com, owned by Selin Shoes.

Rights and Obligations of Third Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided when registering on the www.selinshoes.com website is true and correct before the law, and that Selin Shoes will immediately and fully compensate Selin Shoes for any damages it may incur due to any inaccuracies in this information.

3.2. The Member may not share the password provided to them by www.selinshoes.com with any other person or entity. The Member retains the right to use such password. Selin Shoes reserves all liability arising from this and all claims and demands that may be made against Selin Shoes by third parties or competent authorities. Selin Shoes reserves the right to claim compensation and other compensation arising from such unauthorized use.

3.3. Members hereby agree and undertake to comply with and not violate legal regulations while using the www.selinshoes.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising will be fully and exclusively binding on the member.

3.4. Members may not use the www.selinshoes.com website in any way that disrupts public order, violates morality, disturbs or harasss others, for any unlawful purpose, or infringes on the intellectual property or copyrights of others. Furthermore, members may not engage in any activities or actions that prevent or obstruct others from using the services (spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.).

3.6. Selin Shoes shall not be liable for unauthorized access to member data or for any damages that may occur to member software and data. The member agrees in advance not to claim compensation from Selin Shoes for any damages they may incur due to the use of the www.selinshoes.com website.

3.7. The member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, any legal and criminal liability arising from this shall rest entirely with the member.

3.8. Any member who violates one or more of the provisions of this membership agreement shall be personally and criminally liable for such violation and shall hold www.selinshoes.com harmless from any legal or criminal consequences arising from such violation. Furthermore, if the matter is brought to court due to this violation, Selin Shoes reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. www.selinshoes.com reserves the right, at any time, to unilaterally terminate the member's membership and delete customer files, documents, and information. The member hereby accepts this provision in advance. In such cases, it has no liability.

3.10. The software and design of the www.selinshoes.com website are owned by Selin Shoes. The copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by applicable laws, and they may not be used, acquired, or modified by members without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected by intellectual property rights.

3.11. Selin Shoes may collect certain information for the purpose of improving and developing the www.selinshoes.com website and/or in accordance with applicable laws, such as the name of the Internet service provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address used to access the site, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed during the visit, and the Internet address of the website providing direct access to the site.

3.12.  Selin Shoes member's personal information is requested as a legal obligation or (a) to act in compliance with legal requirements or Selin Shoes may disclose personal information only when it believes, in good faith, that it is necessary to comply with legal procedures served on it and to protect and defend the rights and property of the www.selinshoes.com website.

3.16. The parties acknowledge and agree that all computer records belonging to Selin Shoes will be considered the sole and exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Code, and that such records constitute an evidentiary contract.

3.17. Selin Shoes is authorized to send notification emails to its members' registered email addresses and notification SMS messages to their mobile phones, in accordance with this membership agreement. By approving this membership agreement, the member is deemed to have agreed to receive notification emails to their email address and notification SMS messages to their mobile phone.

4. Termination of Agreement

This agreement shall remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or is terminated by Selin Shoes. If the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, Selin Shoes may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership.

5. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes related to this agreement.

6. Enforcement

Membership registration signifies that the member has read and accepted all provisions of the membership agreement. This Agreement is concluded and mutually entered into force at the time of the member's membership.
